What drew you to FGM? Why did you join?

As someone who has helped grow a lot of different companies over the years, I’ve developed an evaluative framework to assess new opportunities.

When I looked at Competitive Differentiation, Team Excellence & Culture, the Opportunity (and the likelihood of success), and Leadership team – the opportunity at Flack really stood on its own.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Progress, not perfection.

What energizes you in your role?

I love when I can build a really great team (not just hire folks) who go on to accomplish something incredible together.

If you only had one word to describe FGM, what would it be?

Innovative.

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

I’ve always considered myself a “relentless learner” and that natural curiosity has served me well!
