OUR NETWORK

A NETWORK ENGINEERED FOR RESLIENCE

The Flack Global Metals’ processing network is built on the principle of optionality. We believe that a rigid supply chain is a vulnerable one. By decoupling our processing capabilities from a single rooftop, we align our operations with your production requirements to make sure your business is running on schedule.

OUR UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE

We combine the stability of our physical assets with the agility of a global partner network. Our infrastructure is designed to be geographically agnostic, ensuring that your material is processed and stocked exactly where your supply chain demands it.

OUR PHYSICAL LOCATIONS

We own and manage three high-capacity, physical locations in Atlanta, Chicago, and Houston. These facilities are purpose-built for heavy-gauge material handling, featuring high-tonnage cranes and direct rail access to ensure rapid, large-scale distribution.

TOLL PROCESSING NETWORK

We leverage a vetted network of over 240 toll processing partners across North America. This allows us to select the specific slitting, leveling, blanking, or specialty equipment best suited for your material and place it as close to your production line as possible, slashing freight costs and lead times.

STRATEGIC SUPPLY CHAIN ALIGNMENT

Our model is designed to buy and sell metal exactly how an OEM would. Through our dedicated stocking programs, we hold material within our network until your production schedule requires it. This approach allows you to:

  • MANAGE CASH FLOW

Maintain leaner on-site inventory while securing long-term supply.

  • MITIGATE VOLATILITY

By separating supply from pricing, we provide the certainty needed to plan production months in advance.

  • MAXIMIZE FLOOR SPACE

Utilize our footprint to store floor-ready material, freeing up your facility for manufacturing.

VETTED FOR EXCELLENCE: THE KAIZEN STANDARD

At FGM, our supply chains are purposefully engineered and continuously improved. Every partner in our network, from mills to toll processor, undergoes a rigorous approval process rooted in the Kaizen philosophy of constant improvement.

To become an FGM-approved vendor, partners must pass:

  • An on-site, in-person audit regardless of global location.
  • A comprehensive quality assurance evaluation.
  • A deep-dive operational review to ensure technical compliance.

LOCALIZED SERVICE, NATIONAL SCALE

Every point in our network operates under a unified set of quality standards. Whether your material is processed in an FGM facility or through a strategic partner, we ensure it arrives floor-ready and spec-compliant. Our commitment to quality doesn’t end at the dock; we provide ongoing quality assurance support even after delivery to ensure the material performs as expected on your line, providing a localized technical solution tailored to your exact mechanical requirements.
