I’m still excited to see where FGM is headed next. It’s always changing and evolving. And I get to work beside truly exceptional people every day.

Systems thinking and design.

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

Relentless learning. We don’t know far more than we do know, and that has always driven my curiosity in my personal life. That FGM truly acknowledges this and embraces learning as an ongoing pursuit – and failures as learning opportunities- resonates particularly strongly with me.
