Brittany Martin

Brittany is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver our products. Brittany provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are in place to effectively grow the organization. She is responsible for ensuring that business operations are effective and that we properly manage our resources.

Prior to becoming COO, Brittany spent eight years in roles of increasing responsibility at Flack, including Director of Finance. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing all  activities, reporting on revenue, training accounting staff, budgeting, disbursing funds to departments, managing risk, implementing policies, and improving financial processes.

Brittany graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the oldest and largest professional business fraternity.
