What has been your biggest learning lesson since joining FGM?

Ask A LOT of questions because it won’t all make sense overnight. And most importantly, stay humble through the learning process.

What energizes you in your role?

The challenge of learning something new and the goal of making a positive impact within the organization.

Which of FGM’s values resonates most with you and why?

Transparency. I come from some very large organizations where this single value, as simple as it may sound, was very difficult to build into the culture. It’s refreshing to see that Flack has committed to making this value a priority at every level.

If you only had one word to describe FGM, what would it be?

Innovative.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

ALWAYS own your mistakes. If you screw up, own it, take responsibility for your actions, learn from it and move on. Excuses don’t earn respect, but accountability will.

What is your personal mantra or motto?

The question isn’t who is going to let me, the question is who is going to stop me…
