2017.

What drew you to FGM? Why did you join?

The growth opportunities drew me to FGM. I joined because I wanted to expand my job experience beyond manufacturing, and FGM seemed like an adventure.

What energizes you in your role?

I enjoy dealing with customer issues and problems, and getting to fix the immediate concern, as well as implementing long-term solutions.

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

Transparency. I have never been good at keeping secrets, and I excel in an environment where I can be honest and open. I prefer to focus on problems, and then potential solutions.
