Why have you chosen to stay with FGM?

The Vision for the Future and the Leadership of the Company. Intellectually challenging work. Co-workers are the best in the business. I feel like I have a unique opportunity to contribute and grow.

If you only had one word to describe FGM, what would it be?

Dynamic.

What is your proudest moment during your time at FGM?

Winning our first annual culture award in 2021. The culture award is for those who fully embraced and demonstrated FGM’s Core Values over the course of the year, and I received the majority of recommendations to be the recipient of the award.

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

Curiosity – I think it is the most vital piece that keeps an organization from becoming stagnant.
