Innovation! I was impressed by FGM’s commitment to implementing creative and innovative solutions.

Why have you chosen to stay with FGM?

I have stayed at FGM because of the people. Everyone is excited to be there and it’s a great environment to be a part of.

What is your strongest talent you bring to the FGM team?

Flexibility. I am able to transition from one task to another and stay on top of everything that needs to be completed.

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

Innovation. I think it says a lot about a company when they can look at a problem and find a creative solution, especially when there is no guarantee it will work. The willingness to fail and be creative is the sign of a good company, in my opinion
