What energizes you in your role?

Making sure customers have a great experience with Flack, learning more about the industry, and working as a team to complete projects.

What is your strongest talent you bring to the FGM team?

Organization. We have a lot going on at FGM and it can be a lot to keep track of it all so it is crucial to stay on top of everything.

What are you passionate about?

Working with people and making their lives easier. It’s nice at the end of the day when a customer acknowledges they’re happy working with you and the team and that’s a huge boost for me.

What is your proudest moment during your time at FGM?

The first time I made a suggestion of how to fix an issue we were having a mill PO. I felt confident enough to make the suggestion after learning from my colleagues and it was pretty awesome to solve a problem from the operations side to make the situation better for all involved.
