I have been given the ability to grow, life balance and a belief in the leadership that Jeremy Flack has surrounded himself with.

What is your strongest talent you bring to the FGM team?

Professionalism, the want to help others grow in their jobs. I believe that young professionals need the chance to learn on the job. These jobs are not taught in the classrooms

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

PERSISTENCE & RESILIENCE. I have seen this company, grow, change, challenge its employees. The rise to the top is never easy and the company continues to find ways to grow, innovate and improve it processes and internal structure so that it can provide the best for it employees and customers.

What are you passionate about?

Doing my best job that I can. I pride myself on this and do not want to give anyone a reason to doubt that I can perform my duties.
