What is your strongest talent you bring to the FGM team?

Being able to manage multiple task at the same time.

If you only had one word to describe FGM, what would it be?

Real.
We know where we are and where we are going. No smoke and mirrors or fluff.

What is your proudest moment during your time at FGM?

The way we came through the pandemic. The beginning was scary but we stood together, worked hard and came out the other side like champs.

Which of our values resonates most with you and why?

Transparency. Whether it’s good or bad, we know what’s happening in the company.
